Project Overview

Just Energy, a multinational energy provider, required UX/UI updates to their US and Ireland websites. Unlike previous work on document design and translations, this project focused on improving the digital experience for users in these regional markets.



The goal was to refine the user interface, ensuring the sites were not only visually appealing but also functional, accessible, and optimized for conversions. This involved refining navigation flows, page layouts, and key interactions to provide a seamless experience across devices.

Challenges
