Project Overview

Knak, a company specializing in no-code landing pages and marketing automation, needed a series of on-brand social media graphics and refinements to their client stories. My role was to create engaging visuals for their Twitter (now X) account and refine their existing content while ensuring alignment with their detailed brand guidelines.

Visual Designer
Social media asset creation, branded graphic updates, marketing support materials, client story document formatting, and visual refinements aligned to established brand guidelines.

Challenges

Working within a highly structured brand system meant ensuring that every piece of design and content fit seamlessly within Knak’s existing materials. Unlike more flexible branding projects, Knak had strict design constraints, requiring precision in typography, colour usage, and composition.

Additionally, because I wasn’t directly involved with their product development, I had to ensure that my designs and content aligned with their platform’s tone and messaging without firsthand experience using it.

Solution

To meet Knak’s needs while maintaining creative impact, I:

Carefully studied their branding guidelines, ensuring that all designs followed their established colour palette, typography, and layout principles.
Created social media graphics that fit seamlessly into their brand’s existing voice and engagement style.
Edited and refined client stories, making them more engaging and readable while keeping the brand’s messaging clear and professional.
Maintained brand consistency across various deliverables, ensuring a polished and unified look.

For the social media graphics, I worked within a strict colour palette and grid system, ensuring that each visual matched previous Knak designs while remaining engaging and eye-catching.
